The National Agency of Tourism has started its activity since the year 2005 with the  name National Tourist Organization. The present title is in operation from the year 2007.

Our institution dependes by the Ministry of Tourism, Culture, Youth and Sports. The main objective of N.A.T. is the implementation of the governmental policies in the branch of tourism . Through the participation in several promotional activities, inside and abroad Albania , NAT enables the tourist promotion of Albania.
We present a range of promotional materials including printed papers and audiovisual means.
We have been presented in different international tourist fairs which have been organized by our qualified staff of 32 peoples .

The National Agency of Tourism is working through four main directions presented by respective departments. These are the  Marketing and Promotion Department the Assistance Department, the Public Relations Department and the Supporting Services Department. These departments cooperate closely with private sector and NGO which operates in the field of tourism as well.
